Hyundai i40 Light Reveal There are many examples of the virtual world controlling the real world, you only have to look at the recent work we did with Sony Ericsson here in Australia to see a good example of users interacting with a live event. But this recent campaign from High-Res London has a certain elegance to it. To launch the new Hyundai i40, users were asked to help to unveil the car...

POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold Trailer Trailer for the new Morgan Spurlock film. This looks very interesting. Great concept, and could expose some ugly truths about the advertising industry. Some of the quotes in the trailer are pure gold, and the fact that a brand has got their name in the title, in such an in your face way is really interesting. Will it uncover the...

iSubterranean Homesick Blues Bit geeky, but still quite nice homage to a Bob Dylan classic using google images. The creator keyword searched the lyrics line by line to the classic song, then edited the images down into 4 PDF’s, shown in iBooks. See the original video here. Created by jordanaschulman

Top 5 Interactive videos to get you clicking
I love interaction. I love engaging narratives. During my time at Bournemouth University (many moons ago), I studied interactive narratives, and even dabbled in creating a couple. Back then, YouTube was in its infancy, and could not be considered as an option when creating interactive content. That has now all changed, and the tools for brands (and everyday people) to create their own, clickable...

Would you like a social network in that love?
It seems these days there is just about a social network for every occasion. Sharing hipster photos? Cheers Instagram. Checking in to real world locations? that’ll be our old pal FourSquare. Playing location-based games? Cheers SCVNGR. How about location-based quizzes? Qrank’s got your corner. And, what if you want to check-in to TV shows and films? Then you need Get Glue in your...

iPad 2 - The revolution we were waiting for?
So, overnight apple announced their new iteration of the iPad 2. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you will know it’s thinner, faster and finally comes complete with those cameras (both front and rear) that everyone thought should have been on the last model. Being an iPad owner myself, I have to say I’m secretly pleased with the improvements made, as none of them excite...

Famous objects from classic movies →
Very simple and addictive game, just in time for the oscars. Great illustration work, simple but effective design and a very nice build (with none other than our old friend Mr. HTML5). Be warned to loose a lot of your time to this if you start playing. Seriously addictive. My score? Currently at 20/2.
